		<description>Malc,

Thanks for your comments. As I work with Project in a box, I am impressed with what I can do with it.

I already have a pre-release copy of the new Personal version. Guy H. set me up and I will provide feedback as I work with both versions. I do need to prepare for a team scenario, not just for me.

		<description>Michael,

Thanks for this which is an excellent starting point and really hitting the nail on the head. The Plan/Gantt etc is absolutely critical to the project and planning is the first steps to success...but the rest is, as we all know, a long way and usually involves loads of documentation, interaction and communication. All of which needs managing.

We developed PROJECT in a box to work alongside a planning tool to help users follow a method either off the shelf or custom developed in delivering a project/process consinstently, collecting and managing the required documents along the way.

As the products have matured we have added email integration, report creation and a range of interfaces and tools to help the PM with their day to day activiites. I&#039;m interested to see what you think of tese as you explore further but one thing to note is that there is a change coming very soon...

You are using our single user licence version of our full server system which to be honest is pretty heavyweight for a &#039;personal&#039; tool but behind the sceens we have been producing a commercial Personal Edition which has most of the core features of the full server system but runs as a files only portable application. This is very helpful to personal users as you can take it anywhere on a USB stick and just plug it into a host wndows PC and be off and running...great for contractors/consultants who don&#039;t ususally don&#039;t have admin rights to install stuff on the PC they are sat in front of.

If you want to give this new version a whirl let me know.
