- Our methodology is the StrAIT-Lean-RUP, or SLR℠, methodology. It combines simulation
capabilities with the discipline of the Rational Unified Process, or RUP. The software
development focus of RUP is replaced with the more general business approach of Lean
methodologies which simplifies our methodology over using RUP or Lean alone.
- The SLR℠ methodology is used in a web-based collaborative execution environment which
allows the client team the independence of being located anywhere they have Internet
access.
- The SLR℠ methodology is used for identifying and implementing step change improvements. As these are rolled out the client engages their own internal six sigma continuous improvement process to refine and polish those changes.
